Yes, integration with Zehnder smart home system is possible via Connect-Box (for IHD & IHC), enabling remote control and cloud-based features. IHE can be integrated directly with power with simple power supply only.
Possible causes include:
• Target temperature set too low
• Eco mode is active
• Surface temperature limit is enabled
• Radiator size/power is insufficient for the room, and its energy loss level.

To reset IHD or IHC to factory settings, press and hold the control button or rotary dial for approximately 10 seconds until 'RES' appears or the LED flashes white.
Dispose of the heater at an authorised electronic waste recycling centre. Do not discard it with regular household waste.
This feature automatically switches the heater to frost protection mode when a sudden drop in temperature is detected (e.g., due to an open window). This helps to avoid unnecessary heating and therefore contributes to energy saving. It can be enabled or disabled via the Connect App.
Note: available in the product line IHC and IHD
AUTO mode automatically switches the heater between comfort and eco modes based on a weekly schedule. Local changes are temporary; permanent changes must be made via the app.
Note: feature available in the product line IHC and IHD
Compatible only with Zehnder towel radiators or officially approved models. Installation must be carried out by a qualified technician.
Depending on the model, power ratings range from 200 W to 1200 W. Selection should match radiator size and room requirements.
All models include IP protection, Class II double insulation, and built-in overheat and frost protection mechanisms.
Surface temperature can be adjusted: IHC via service menu, IHD via Connect App. Default range is 80 °C, adjustable down to 65, 55 and 40 °C.

Avoid the following installation errors:
• Using non-approved radiators
• Operating the heater without water (dry operation)
• Incorrect electrical wiring
• Exceeding the maximum water pressure of 0.4 MPa
The Immersion Heater must be installed by a qualified technician according to local regulations. It must be fully immersed in water. The minimum internal diameter of the radiator collector is 27 mm, and its length should be at least 1.5× the length of the heater. The heater must be mounted vertically with the control unit at the bottom.
No. The immersion heater must be installed in a zone appropriate to its IP rating, in order to prevent risks related to water exposure and electrical hazards. Additionally, it must be powered via a dedicated circuit protected by a residual current device (RCD) with a maximum differential current of 30 mA, especially when installed in rooms containing a bathtub or shower. These requirements comply with IEC 60364-7-701, the international standard for electrical installations in wet zones.
Yes. Multiple IHC & IHD heaters can be linked to synchronise temperature and mode settings. The pairing process is local and lasts ~ 60 seconds.
